Returns & Exchanges
We welcome returns and exchanges within seven days of receiving the jewelry, provided it is in its original condition. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by an approval email from Alli Sparkles. For exchanges beyond seven days, unworn jewelry will be assessed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days, subject to a 20% processing fee based on the item's price. Please note that worn or custom jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. For further assistance, please reach out to Alli Sparkles.
